Central Entertainment Bureau
Central Entertainment Bureau is one of the biggest music and entertainment agents targeting the pub, club and event scene in Ireland. The company uses a 10 year old custom built MS Access application to manage all its business information, band and location inventory, bookings and financial related data. The company is seeking to upgrade the application by;
- adding additional business functionality
- creating role based and security features
- grating the business management system to a new web-based platform
The Approach
Firstly Monsoon analysed the legacy system with CEB staff to understand the functional capability and system architecture, we then identified where there was redundant functionality and removed it from the new build features. Finally we identified specific areas of functional flow improvements and additional functional features/reports that would benefit CEB in managing their business.
