Minimum 1 year experience on Ruby on Rails Technology
Ability to work in international team.
Solid coding experience in Design/Development environment at ROR Technologies. Good track record of doing R&D for the business and various clients. Should have ability to search/customize/code solutions for various business problems. Creative capability and willingness to learn and engage with new technologies.
 Problem solver mentality. Ready to take bottom line responsibility and deliver high quality output
Excellent analytical skill. Provide technical guidance to the team and participate in technical discussions with the client. Problem solver mentality

Tools / Technologies

Experience in Ruby/Rails Development
Understand Advanced Ruby  features
     1)Closures
     2) Meta Programming
Experience in programming   XHTML and CSS websites, AJAX. JQuery, JSON.
Knowledge of OO concepts
Relational Database experience is required (MySql, PostgreSql)
Design and program database schemas

Desired Profile

Experience with TDD, Rpsec/Cucumber, GIT/SVN
Deployed the application on 2 or more application server on Linux flavored /MAC OS:
