Monsoon Consulting are excited to announce that we have won the tender to deliver a Visa Processing Web Application for the Embassy of India, Ireland.
We are delighted to be working with the Indian Embassy again. Previously we delivered a new wesbite a few years ago (www.indianembassy.ie) among other projects, but this latest project is on a larger scale and will be crucial to ensuring better and more successful service delivery to the organisations customers. The Embassy has many functions but at its core is the management of Visa applications for travellers from Ireland to India. The current management information system is not providing the functional capabilities and process automation needed to deliver first class service to Visa applicants.
Monsoon Consulting has been contracted to build and maintain a .NET web application to deliver new processing, management and reporting capabilities to drive efficiency in the Visa Application process.
