Monsoon Consulting is a leading web applications development consulting company with offices in Dublin, Ireland and Jaipur, India. We specialise in outsourced development and offer a range of engagement models depending on the needs of the project and our clients.

We have been in business for nearly 5 years and have built a strong client roster based in Ireland, the UK and the USA. Our Jaipur office has a dedicated technical team of senior software engineers, technical architects and project managers and an administration and support function. Our executive management team is based in Dublin and our office in India is managed remotely from here with a free flow of staff from both locations depending on the needs of the business and our clients. 

As Senior Project Manager / Technical Architect / Business Analyst you will report directly to the CEO and sit on the executive management team. You will provide leadership throughout Monsoon Consulting by setting the agenda, direction and policy for all forms of technology development and people development within the technology function. You will have ultimate responsibility for the delivery of all of the company’s software development projects.            

You must have a proven track record in the SDLC; in translating a business problem into a technical solution, developing a technical framework, developing project plans and cost estimations, creating a team and project managing that team to deliver the solution on time and on budget.                                           

You will be/have

• Passionate about OpenSource technology and Application Development.


• Experience in CMS based development, particularly Joomla, Drupal, Magento.

• Project management and client management experience


• Operations, marketing and/or general management experience


• A strategic, conceptual and creative orientation


• Experience evaluating and negotiating partnerships, joint ventures, acquisitions
