Monsoon Consulting acted as the development partner for Vilicom, a mobile telecommunications network management company and Department of Electronic Engineering at Dublin City University in the development of OpenAccess.ie.

Open Access is an independent, web-based radio emissions monitoring service which monitors electromagnetic exposure levels from mobile phone antennas. The application captures the data from monitors placed on or nearby the antennas and transmits it via a modem to the web application which displays it in a graph format for the general public to review.
