We contacted Monsoon Consulting with a view to investigating the possibilities of upgrading our business management system. Until that time we were utilising a client server based legacy system housed on our server onsite in our office. The system incorporates every aspect of our business. As entertainment agents we need to access the relevant information and the ability to source, contract with and invoice clients swiftly is paramount. Having researched our needs in depth, Monsoon set about replacing our entire system (developed 10 years ago) and developed an online version of the application with additional improved features and functionality and the capability of importing all the specified data from the legacy system. Due to the nature of our business there was no room for error when we went live during March 2008. Our staff has found the new system more user friendly and it offers many new beneficial features which has improved efficiency in the office. All bugs or issues post launch have been dealt with promptly.’
