Brymec 2020: A new customer-focused B2B experience
Monsoon Consulting is delighted to announce a radically overhauled new design for longstanding client Brymec.
Brymec, one of Monsoon Consulting’s longest standing UK based clients has just recently unveiled their new, modernised and complementary revamped website on the latest version of Magento (v 2.3.5).
Utilising new branded imagery and a customer interface re-design generated from Monsoon’s expert Creative Design & UX team through detailed analytics and statistical insights, the new site is already enjoying a welcome response from Brymec’s core traditional customer base.
With a clear design promoting Brymec’s core brand and value proposition, the key driving factor in the redesign was to make the navigation clear, intuitive and easy to use for both new and existing account members of Brymec.
We also took the opportunity to implement credit/debit card payments for B2B customers. By integrating with SagePay payments, the new site now provides customers with an easier and convenient checkout experience over and above the traditional “account only” payment method.
In addition, and in a fast-moving B2B industry serving the construction industry, speed and performance are key, so the team at Monsoon were incredibly focused in ensuring the newly upgraded site capitalized on all the key benefits of Magento Commerce Cloud Infrastructure.
For the Brymec marketing & merchandising teams, we deployed the latest version of Magento’s CMS “PageBuilder” to ensure all content creation is both easy to edit, manage, preview and publish for internal users.
Since its relaunch in May 2020, feedback from Brymec’s customers have been extremely positive and engagement very high.
