Delivering cutting edge innovation for leading gift voucher brand One4All

One4All, one of the leading gift vouchering companies in the world and owned by Global US-based fintech Venture Capital firm “Blackhawk Network”, have been working with Monsoon Consulting to create an industry-leading and revolutionary new gifting & payment solution via Smartphones.

The companies’ key goal and objective was to create the world’s first digital multi-store gift card and selected Monsoon Consulting as their eCommerce partner back in 2017. 

We have been working in close partnership with One4All and a number of key partners, including Apple Pay, to deliver and take to market this new innovative solution which seeks to transform and revolutionise the whole gifting industry for both individuals and businesses alike.

With over 18 months in development and working with expert partners from the mobile app industry, Monsoon Consulting undertook an extensive phase of customer research which influenced and drove the creative insights, workflows. Moreover, this inspired and directed the full UX and UI of the website experience for a number of different user profiles and groups.

Monsoon’s expert project delivery teams utilised the full power of Adobe Magento Commerce to realise the eCommerce vision of the project, with complex integrations with payment gateway providers ( PSPs), an internal ERP solution and mobile wallet solutions providers, to create a new gift card solution that can be bought, spent and sent on a smartphone.

Customers are also able to personalise their cards, upload videos for an enhanced gifting experience. 

The digital gift card can be spent in more than 8,500 shops throughout the country and will allow contactless transactions on smartphones up to €150.

For B2B customers of One4All, there is also a secure self-service account area feature, giving retailers the ability to create an instant bulk rewards scheme for their staff.

Since its official launch in November 2019, the site has already generated a huge positive response from customers and businesses alike, with the full uptake of card purchases complement the omnichannel model of the business.

Monsoon and One4All are now working on the next exciting phase(s) of the development roadmap, creating additional features to revolutionise the multi-store gift card industry.
