ACCOUNTING & OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR

Monsoon Consulting is recruiting Accounting & office administrator to join our fast growing team in Europe.

This is an excellent opportunity for an office administrator with background in Financial, operations related activities to work in an international fast moving and fun working environment   

 

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

Invoicing & Credit control:  Overseeing the day to day finance responsibilities and liaising with Outmin who look after accounting, tax and payroll.

Outmin accounting system / Harvest Time tracking system to manage following:  

  • Client Invoicing using Harvest 
  • Credit control - chasing money via email and statements 
  • Receiving supplier invoices and uploading to outmin accounting system
  • Take full ownership of invoice / accounts email ids for day to day activities   

Bank Payments: Accessing various EU based Banking / payment systems and managing following:  

  • Pay contractors’ invoices
  • Make payments from company bank accounts
  • Setting up bank payments for Salaries (having been advised by outmin/payroll provider)

Assist company accountants & CFO to manage payrolls, bookkeeping activities

Manage communication with with Insurance 

Assist COO / Operations director tracking / reporting Key Performance Indicators of the business using tools like Monsoon1  and Harvest systems 

Take ownership and manage Timesheet reports

Support HR and management team for ad hoc admin work and leave management & reporting including Validates Staff Sick leave 

Prepare monthly/quarterly/yearly reports to Government Organizations

Work and manage day to day task for health insurance, pension, Legal and HR support service providers 

Work/assist HR manager with organizational tasks such as deliveries, organizing team building events, small purchases etc.

 

REQUIRED TECHNICAL SKILLS:

  • Min of 5 years of office admin / financial assistant or operational administration experience in software/digital agency market
  • Partial education in Financial Accounting is desirable
  • Knowledge in HR / recruitment is desirable in software/digital agency market
  • Experience in using Time - performance tracking tools i.e. Harvest is desirable
  • Candidate must be comfortable learning / adopting & using Online Cloud based tools like Dropbox / Outmin /Google Docs etc

  • Must have a fluent command of written & verbal English
  • Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and improve 
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multi tasking in a fast paced environment
  • A team player who can work in multinational, cross-functional teams
