HR and Office Administrator (Part-time)

We have an exciting opportunity for a Human Resource and Office Administrator to join us part-time (Monday to Friday mornings until 1pm) at our office in Clonskeagh, Dublin 6. Reporting directly to the CFO, this role will involve developing and directing the company's human resource strategy to ensure that the overall business goals are achieved as well as managing the day-to-day needs of a young, vibrant work-force and related office operational and infrastructure requirements.

This position requires a "hands-on" energetic candidate who has relevant HR and Office Administrator experience.

You should be organised and efficient with excellent communication skills and strong initiative to ensure the needs for our staff complement of 40 (and growing) are met.

 

Requirements

  • To lead the HR function
  • To support the leadership team to drive the strategy of the business as it grows
  • To ensure all company recruitment is carried out effectively
  • Take a lead on fostering and maintaining optimal staff morale levels
  • Ensure company policies, laws and regulations are always adhered to
  • Monitor training records to ensure compliance with regards to staff training for manual handling, health and safety etc
  • Manage onboarding for all new staff
  • Ensure all contracts of employment are delivered
  • Ensure personnel files are fully compliant with audit & legal requirements
  • Ensure all staff appraisals and performance reviews are carried out
  • Be the point of contact for all office management-related issues and requirements
  • Tender for suppliers and manage procurements-related expenditure
  • Support the travel requirements of Monsoon staff, ensuring inter-alia, flight and accommodation arrangements
  • Promote the company as an employer brand
  • Work with management to implement graduate/internship program

 

Professional Experience and Skills

  • Four years of HR generalist experience would be an advantage
  • Excellent communication skills
  • In-depth knowledge of Employment and other related Law and experience of investigating and managing employee conflicts, disciplinary and grievances procedures
  • Recruitment experience
  • Health & Safety Administration
  • Office Management
