Project Manager

Overview

We're looking for a Project Manager to join our growing Content and Commerce team. If you’re looking for an opportunity to work with a cross-functional team to deliver world-class digital projects with big brands, retailers, government agencies and multinationals then read on. 

As the Project Manager, you will work with our web design and development teams, and the client's project team, to successfully deliver features and projects online. You will be the go-to person for the client to define business requirements. You will work with our development team to translate these requirements into technical tasks and be responsible for the overall delivery of the product features within the specified timeline.

Candidate's should experience in project delivery in an IT context, with strong team management skills. The main purpose of this role is to plan & deliver projects with agreed time, cost & quality standards based on the specific project methodology framework.

 

Required Knowledge, Skills and Experience

  • Minimum degree qualified in Business or Technology, ideally with post-graduate qualification and relevant project management certifications

  • Project Management experience - 1-3 years experience in the planning and delivery of IT projects with a 6-12 month duration

  • Experience in Project Delivery Methodologies (such as Agile, Waterfall) 

  • Track record in the on-time, on-budget delivery of projects within the software development, systems integration and/or IT consulting / services industries.

  • Good client management experience with strong skills in high level and detailed planning, organising, budgeting, problem solving and scheduling experience

  • People and team management skills, with experience leading a team

  • Communications, leadership and influencing skills with the ability to interact up to senior management level.

  • Demonstrate business analysis, requirements gathering and documentation skills and ability to work with technical team to translate requirements into technical tasks

  • Experience in Content and E-commerce based digital development projects an advantage (e.g. Magento, Drupal)

  • Expertise in project management platforms an advantage (such as JIRA, Basecamp)

  • Willingness to travel to the UK and possibly further afield if required

  • Capable of working in a fast paced, deadline driven multi-location and multi-cultural environment


Location

The role is based in our office in Dublin. EU-based candidates are preferred, however we will sponsor a work permit and relocation assistance for a non-EU candidate with the right skills and experience.
