Support Executive and Office Administrator

Main Responsibilities

  • Delivering high quality services to our customers via phone, email, in person and on our web platforms (JIRA, Basecamp)

  • Ability to analyse and solve problems

  • Processing customer support tickets & documentation

  • Co-ordinate support tickets, liaise with customers, developers and the Support Manager

  • Arranging appointments and general administration duties

  • Provide full support for the Dublin office team

  • Acting as the first face of the company, including greeting guest and answering phone calls

  • Conducting administrative tasks such as scheduling customer and internal meetings, organising calendars, email, reports, time-sheets, flights, and accomodation etc.


Required Skill

  • The ability to work as part of a team

  • Outstanding administration and organisational skills with attention to detail

  • Independent worker with a strong sense of responsibility

  • Process orientated

  • Ability to prioritise issues in a high pressure environment

  • Experience using Agile practices would be desirable

  • Experience using JIRA or a similar issue tracking system would be desirable

  • Knowledge of Drupal CMS and Magento eCommerce platforms would be desirable

The role is based in our office in Dublin. EU-based candidates are preferred, however we will sponsor a work permit and relocation assistance for a non-EU candidate with the right skills and experience.
