These include but are not limited to providers of services such as archiving services. Although we do and will continue to do our best to protect your personal data, we cannot guarantee the security of our databases and your data transmitted to or from us by means of e-mail and any such transmission is at your own risk.

It is our aim to only hold your data for as long as this is necessary. If you are a client, we store your data for as long as we provide services to you and thereafter we store your data strictly in line with our Data Retention Policy. Should this policy not cover your specific case, then we store your data for a period of no more than one year from the date we received your data.
